ANZ warns shareholders on share sales 5 December 2008
ANZ Bank has warned shareholders regarding unsolicited offers for their ANZ shares from Hassle Free Share Sales (HFSS). HFSS is writing to ANZ shareholders offering to purchase their ANZ shares for $7.01 per share. ANZ warns shareholders that there is no compulsion to accept any such offer from HFSS, which is significantly below the market price for ANZ shares. If any ANZ shareholder receives such an offer from HFSS, they should seek independent financial advice before making any decision in relation to such an offer.
