ANZ wins a go-slow on Opes Prime case
26 June 2008
 
The class action co-ordinated by Slater & Gordon against ANZ Bank over the Opes Prime collapse will return to court on August 7. Yesterday the federal court decided to follow a timetable for the case proposed by ANZ who hope to head off other actions by coming to an agreement with the Opes Prime administrator. A second, larger class action co-ordinated by IMF will be filed within two weeks.
