The bank has denied any wrongdoing with regard to 319 loans.Lawyers for one of the BoQ/Storm borrowers has sent a draft statement of claim to the bank's lawyers alleging breach of contract, negligence and misleading, deceptive or unconscionable conduct.Unlike the Commonwealth Bank, BoQ denies any wrongdoing in relation to loans it issued to Storm Financial clients.If no deal between the lawyers and BoQ can be reached, a class action may commence on behalf of about 300 borrowers.
