ING DIRECT pays customers to bank 29 September 2009 |

| ING DIRECT has launched Orange Everyday, a new transaction account that is not only fee-free, but will instantly reimburse any related ATM owner fees for withdrawals of $200 or more.ING DIRECT will also pay its customers 50 cents each time they use EFTPOS to make a cash withdrawal of $200 or more."Our message to customers is simple, use EFTPOS where possible to get cash out and use ATMs for withdrawals of $200 or more," ING DIRECT CEO Don Koch said."Orange Everyday is an account that cuts to the heart of customer dissatisfaction about bank fees, while offering the benefits of a full-service bank with a physical presence." Mr Koch said.Among other features, Orange Everyday offers NO monthly everyday banking fees, with NO catches, NO dishonour fees, NO ATM fees (for withdrawals of $200 or more).The new account allows ING DIRECT customers to carry out transactions such as cheque deposits at 3,300 Australia Post outlets nationally - with NO fees charged. |
