The average interest on savings is 3.9 per cent, half a percentage point lower than it was late December, even though rates have risen twice since then.Three-year term-deposits of $10,000 to $25,000 have also not moved in line with RBA rate rises, with average interest stuck at 6.6 per cent, down from 7 per cent in March.
