Steve Khatchadourian at Credit Mart Home Loans has almost 30 years experience in the banking & finance industry and will personally manage all aspects of your mortgage enquiry. Steve is a former CBA Branch Manager and he has a solid understanding of the banking industry and associated products.
Steve believes that mortgage broking is more than simply finding a home loan with the lowest fees or interest rates. It’s about giving the clients sound financial advice. This can only be done by gaining an understanding of the client’s financial position and longer term financial goals. Once we understand these we can then provide the client with “Options” so that they can make an informed decision with our guidance.
